How often do you meet?

Weekly. We meet every Tuesday from 9:30-1:15. Mandatory announcements are at 9:30 and classes start at 10:00. Lunch is 11:30-12:30

How do classes work? 

Parent volunteers teach our classes. We have 3 blocks, so your child will be in a total of 3 classes. You will select their class choices at registration. Class options will vary each semester based on what parents volunteer to teach. Classes can be fun, electives, or core subjects.

Can i drop my child off?

No. Parents must remain on campus for the duration of the meetup and are required to help in some way. It takes everyone’s help for things to run smoothly.

what is the cost?

There is a $75 registration fee per family due at registration. Each class will also have a fee that is set by the teacher in order to purchase materials for the class. You will pay these fees directly to the teacher at orientation - which happens at the start of the semester.

what grades can attend?

We have Pre-k and Kindergarten classes that stay with their same class and teacher all day. 1st-12th grade will all take 3 elective classes. Classes are all mixed grades… 1st-4th, 5th-8th, and 9th-12th. Nursery is also available for younger siblings.

Are there curriculum requirements?

No. You can use whatever curriculum you’d like at home. Thie co-op is just an addition to your normal routine and schedule.

what is the commitment?

When you register, you are committing to one semester. We do ask that you try to be there weekly (We understand sickness happens and ask that you do not come sick) Teachers are buying supplies for your student and every parent has a job. If you cannot make it, please let us know so that we can make sure your job is covered.
